2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or approved communication channels.
• Prices displayed are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment is required to confirm an order or event booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Delivery & Event Execution

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
• For events, clients must provide accurate venue details and access permissions.
• Changes to delivery addresses or event details must be communicated in advance.
• Dewita Blooms is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of event décor:

• Same-day and custom floral orders are non-refundable.
• Event bookings may be cancelled only as per the agreed quotation terms.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
• In case of quality issues, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
